Return and Cancellation Policy

1. Order Cancellation

You may request to cancel your order before it is shipped by calling 0538 560 93 25 or emailing info@devasafran.com. The amount for canceled orders for which payment has been received will be refunded via the same payment method.

2. Right of Withdrawal and Returns

You may exercise your right of withdrawal within 14 (fourteen) days from the date you receive the product. The product to be returned must be in its unopened, unused, and resalable condition.

3. Returns for Food Products

Due to hygiene and health reasons, food products with opened packaging are excluded from the return policy. The right of withdrawal applies to products with unopened packaging.

4. Return Process

Once your return request is approved, you must ship the product to us via our designated shipping carrier. After the product reaches us and is inspected, the refund will be processed to your payment method within the legal timeframe (typically 14 days).
