Your orders will be shipped within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number.
Shipping is free for orders above the specified amount. For orders below that amount, a flat shipping fee applies; you can view the amount in your cart.
You can pay by credit/debit card, bank transfer, or cash on delivery. For cash on delivery, the shipping company’s commission will be added to the total.
Payments are processed through PayTR’s secure infrastructure. Your card information is not stored on our website.
You can return the products you received within the applicable legal timeframe. You can submit a return request via My Account > My Orders.
Once your return request has been approved, your payment will be refunded as soon as possible after we receive the product.
All of our products are natural and authentic; our saffron products are laboratory-tested.
